NOOR VON WINCKELMAN
Printmaking artistNoor von Winckelmann is a Belgian visual artist who focuses primarily on printmaking. After earning her master’s degree in fine arts in 2022, Noor started working with printmaking in her own studio on the theme of light. She is inspired by light reflections, refractions and shadows and tries to capture and translate this abstract, changeable manifestation onto paper. At times she transforms the flat aspect of printmaking to a more object-based interpretation by changing the form of presentation to three-dimensional work.

Furniture and Wooden SurfboardsAt Into The Woods, we love wood. We love beauty, quality, craftsmanship and durability. We love making unique objects in which we can put our passion and soul. Specifically, this translates into custom furniture and wooden surfboards.
The furniture we make comes from a creative proces together with the client.
The eco-friendly surfboards can be custom made, or you can come to build your own surfboard in one of our workshops.

WERKTANK
Production platform for media art
Werktank is a production platform for media art. Our main mission is the realisation and distribution of installation art that investigates the relation between technology and perception. Werktank functions as a work tool for the artist and puts its artistic, technical and productional expertise at the disposal of young and emerging artists. We accompany the artist through all the phases of the creation process of media art, from the research process till the final realisation and active distribution of the work, by offering residencies, financial and productional support. Werktank operates at the crossroads of media art, visual art and performance art.

KOEN GEURTS
BlacksmithKoen Geurts studied for 6 years at the art academy in Anderlecht. Working creatively with iron and fire gives both physical and mental satisfaction. The ancient craft has something authentic, powerful and earthy. He wants to express this in his forge ‘Aardvuur’ in Ateliers Minnoye. In this search for 'grounding', he also regularly counsels socially vulnerable young people.

Visual artAs a visual artist, I draw inspiration from my work as a therapist in which I am touched by the search for connection and the power of vulnerability.
In my work, I start from concrete reality and the often elusive inner world of emotions and desires. I try to translate what moves me daily in people's stories to the canvas. This is also a common thread throughout my works. I paint people in everyday life, what occupies them, themes such as identity and the search of the "I" in relation to the other and to the environment. The figures emanate vulnerability, but also strength.

IEF SPINCEMAILLE
Visual artIef Spincemaille is a Belgian visual artist. His work is about in-between spaces and intermediate stages. Places of ambiguity and disorientation where our perception of reality, objects and relationships lose their familiar identity and find themselves in a liminal state. He explores and navigate the in-between with location projects, installations, objects and photography.
With his location projects, Spincemaille leaves the safe confines of his studio and works in non-artistic contexts, such as an abbey, prison, a bicycle workshop, a residential neighbourhood... It is an attempt to reach out to new communities, to challenge the traditional ways of making and presenting art and to embrace the other as the path and direction for change.
